Auction Terms & Conditions
The auction will commence on Saturday, 7th December 2024, at 7:00 AM and conclude on Saturday, 14th December 2024, at 5:00 PM. To participate, bidders must complete the registration form provided above prior to the auction closing date and time.
The auction operates on a best and final bid basis. Each participant is limited to one bid, so it is important to submit your maximum bid to secure the painting, as there will be no opportunity to revise or increase your bid. The reserve price for the auction is AUD $2,000.
The bidder with the highest bid at the close of the auction will be declared the winner. The successful bidder will be notified via telephone after 6:00 PM (Brisbane time) on Saturday, 14th December 2024. Payment of the winning bid must be made within 48 hours of notification. Upon the clearance of funds, the painting can either be collected from Herston or delivered to any Brisbane location upon request.
